Month-To-Month leasing is available after your original 6 or 12-month lease is satisfied for an additional $125.00/month
Our Fees:
$35.00 Application Fee
$400.00 Security Deposit (Up to $200.00 refundable after move-out, depending upon damages).
Our Pet Fee is $300.00 for one pet and an additional $150.00 for a second pet
We are pet friendly, although management would like to meet your pet prior to approval. From Chinchilla's to Great Dane's, most pets are welcome here!
